Return Policy

In the case of defective merchandise, Shroom Supply will replace it completely free of charge, provided that we are notified of the return within five business days from receipt of the order and the merchandise is returned to us immediately afterwards. Customers notifying Shroom Supply of a return should contact us. When notifying us of a return, please make sure to specify the purchase order number of the associated product.

Replacement items will not be shipped until defective merchandise has been returned and evaluated for damage. All merchandise should be returned in its original packaging with any accessories/documentation that came with it and in the same condition it was received. When shipping items back to us, make sure sufficient protective packaging is used. Shroom Supply will not be responsible for damage incurred to returned merchandise in transit, so insuring expensive items is recommended. Please include a note with the merchandise, giving your full name, order number, and reason for return.

Merchandise returned for reasons other than defects will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee, provided that we are notified of the return within five business days from receipt of the order and the merchandise is returned to us immediately afterwards.

All American brand products (pressure cookers/sterilizers) and Excalibur brand products (food dehydrators) are subject to a 35 percent restocking fee.

Shroom Supply gives no refunds, exchanges or store credit for items that have been in a customers possession longer than 14 days.

All refunds are issued in store credit. Store credit is only redeemable at ShroomSupply.com and has no cash value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shroom Supply reserves the right to adjust, change or modify a product for any reason without prior notification.

If a package is returned to Shroom Supply for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any new shipping fees that occur as a result. Returned packages will not be sent out until the additional shipping fees are paid by the customer.
